Any opportunity to get to work with KPRS Construction Services, Inc. and WE ARE IN! We are in Stockton painting this 920,000 sf distribution center. Our team painted the interior walls and are currently painting all of the steel columns.

Prior to painting our crew caulked all of the panel joints using
Pecora Corporation tilt seal. We sealed the floors with Lapidolith and will be painting the exterior of the building.

We have two virtually identical projects with KPRS going right now and are honored to be a trusted partner for this outstanding general contractor. Once operating- this facility joins big names like
Kraft Heinz Company, Amazon.com , and Gatorade in the neighborhood. Stockton is a prime location for these large distribution facilities and we look forward to being a part of the growth in the area.

The iconic Egyptian Theater project with Whiting-Turner Construction is well under way. Right now you can’t see it but our team is currently shot blasting the concrete to prepare for the
Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing Puma deck coating system at the stage. Netflix is taking over this iconic space and we can’t wait to see how this theater turns out.

Check out this shot! We are on the Hayward Senior Living project with SRM Development.

Right now, MBW is installing American Hydrotech 6125 Hot Rubber at the level 2 structural slab. We will also be installing this system on the courtyard planters.

Next up we will be deck coating the 3rd level decks with the Vulkem 350NF/951NF system.

Post rain and we are heading into the sunny months full steam ahead. Today we are injecting Sika 35 into the concrete panels of an office building in Brea. Take a look at that exterior panel epoxy injection. Grateful for the trust Trico Realty has shown us on their projects over the years.

We love every opportunity we get to work with the awesome team at Oltmans Construction Co.! On a large commerce center in Ontario this time. We are taking care of the below grade dampproofing installing both MasterSeal 615/Carlisle 200V. We are installing Pecora Tilt-Seal at the tilt up panel and all other joint areas. Following this we are installing Metzger/McGuire Inc.
MM80 at the speed bays and sealing the warehouse floor using
Master Builders Solutions HD 300WB.

Teaming up with some of the best product companies in the industry gives us all the confidence as we take on these projects.

Kicking off Spring working on the Winslow Apartments for
Lennar. Our team is installing a hot-applied waterproofing system.

Designed by KTGY, this community will boast over 379 Luxury housing units as well as over 18,000 sf of retail space. This is LMC's third apartment complex in San Diego and we are so proud to join them in bringing this luxury community to life.

Teamed up with our long time partner KPRS Construction Services
on the ROST Architects building in Irvine!

When MBW began the project there was mastic and glue on the floor, failed joints, and cracks. We removed and repaired those areas followed by a four pass polish.

Take a look at what can happen when you remove carpet and hire a company to bring the concrete back to life!
