Celebrating 5 Years with Raul Hernandez!

Today, we’re proud to celebrate Raul Hernandez and his five-year anniversary with R.D. Olson Construction! Raul is one of our outstanding field superintendents and is currently leading our Fontana Courtplace project. During his time with RDO, he has contributed to several major projects, including Bolsa Row Apartments, Clearwater at Glendora, the recently completed Warner Center Apartments, and his most memorable project, Heritage Square South Apartments in Pasadena.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at RDO, Raul shared: “I love working with our RDO family. Building ground-up projects and overcoming the different obstacles we face every day are what keep me going. Everyone is just a text or call away, and no issue is too small or too big for us to handle as a team. Another big reason I love working here is safety. Safety is not an option—it is a must, and no one is exempt. I love our safety program!”

Raul, thank you for your leadership, dedication, team-first attitude, and unwavering commitment to safety. Congratulations on five incredible years—we’re grateful to have you as part of the RDO family!

Celebrating 5 Years with Jesse Peet!

Over the past five years, he has contributed to several major projects, including Bolsa Row Apartments, SpringHill Suites Chula Vista, Element Hotel Mission Valley, and his current project, Rose Hill Courts Phase II. Of all the projects he has worked on, Jesse says the AC Hotel Pasadena remains his most memorable.

When asked why he enjoys working with R.D. Olson, Jesse shared: “When RDO says we’re not a company but a family, they truly mean it. The willingness to mentor and train younger employees with the goal of seeing us grow—not only as a company, but as individuals—is extremely motivating.”

Thank you, Jesse, for an amazing five years of dedication, growth, and teamwork. We’re proud to have you as part of the R.D. Olson family and look forward to seeing what the next five years bring. Congratulations on this milestone!
