I usually prefer hydroseed, but it’s hard to beat the instant transformation that sod delivers!

This new construction project on Gull Lake is one we’ve been working on for the past two months, and it’s really starting to come together!

We teamed up with Rockwater Irrigation and Landscape on this project, and we’re getting close to the finish line.

🌱 Another lawn transformation completed in Breezy Point!
This homeowner wanted to improve the front yard with quality black dirt before establishing a new lawn. We blended the new soil with the existing topsoil, properly graded the area, and finished it with fresh hydroseed to give it the best start possible.
