Pyramid Contracting is proud to have completed the renovation of the new Barron’s Outfitters location on Millwood Avenue in Columbia.

Our team transformed the former DeLoache Flowers building into a refreshed retail space ready for Barron’s next chapter. With the doors officially open, we’re excited to see this longtime Columbia business begin making its mark in its new home.

Something new is taking shape in downtown Columbia.

Pyramid Contracting is excited to begin renovations on the future Security Federal Vista, transforming the Congaree Building into a refreshed, modern office space through an 8,000-square-foot interior and exterior renovation.

We're looking forward to sharing progress as this transformation comes to life.

⏪ Flashback Friday

Take a look back at the construction of the Orangeburg County Speculative Building in Neeses, SC.

This 50,000-square-foot speculative industrial facility was completed in just six months and designed to support future manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution operations. We're proud this project was recognized as a 2026 SC Biz News Top Projects winner.

This afternoon, the Cayce Beautification Foundation had the pleasure of presenting George Robert’s Restaurant with our Business Beautification Award! 🌿🏆

I was so excited when I first heard that George Robert’s was opening in our city, and they have exceeded every expectation. From the beautiful space to the exceptional food and outstanding service, they have become such a wonderful addition to our community.
