Building the spaces that support our communities.

Construction is underway on the new Clarendon County EMS & 911 Dispatch Center in Manning, SC, a facility designed to support the county's emergency response and communications operations for years to come.

This 10,000+ square-foot facility will serve as a hub for emergency management, 911 communications, and EMS operations, providing the infrastructure needed to support those who help keep the community safe every day.

Pyramid Contracting is proud to partner with Clarendon County on this important project and looks forward to bringing it across the finish line in 2026.

Pyramid Contracting is proud to have completed the renovation of the Town of Santee's multi-use court facility, transforming an aging basketball court into a refreshed community space featuring 6 pickleball courts and 2 basketball courts.

The renovated courts include new surfacing, slab repairs, striping, and equipment, with colors inspired by nearby Lake Marion High School to create a space that feels right at home in the community.

Projects like this are about more than construction, they're about creating places where people can gather, compete, and make memories for years to come.

From foundation to first table.

Pyramid Contracting is proud to complete George Robert's State Street Wine & Raw Bar on State Street in Cayce, SC. What was once a long-vacant shell building has been transformed into a refined restaurant space that brings new energy, gathering space, and investment to the growing State Street corridor.

This project reflects the power of thoughtful renovation, strong partnerships, and community-focused development. We’re grateful to everyone who helped bring this vision to life and look forward to seeing the space filled with great food, conversation, and community.

Cleared for landing.

Pyramid is nearing completion on an internal office expansion at Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) in West Columbia, SC. This renovation adds a conference room and support spaces to better serve CAE’s administrative team.

Looking forward to bringing this one across the finish line soon.
