15 acres for sale on Pousson rd between iowa and Lacassine. This size track doesn’t come available in this area very often infact I’ve been hesitant to sale it. But I figured I’d give someone the opportunity to own this piece and start from scratch on their new property/homesite.
This can be sold property only or with a new build on it whatever works for the buyer. $189,500

Chasing that so called “worm” again. Pouring one in kinder for bill and Margie Harper they’ve waited some time for this and both deserve it in big ways. Thanks guys for trusting us and giving us the opportunity. Even with the delays in the past week there’s no doubt it will he more then worth the wait . Mrs Margie had to be out of town for a few days and missed the big pour day but as always family comes first and our prayers are with her as we get this done for when she’s able to return home 🙏❤️

We made a lil progress on an all metal exterior build we’re doing in Sulphur. We spent a couple days this week on the roof and boyyyy was the weather perfect.🥵😳. If a metal roof ,awning ,shop is something you’ve been considering call us. It cost ZERO to get a price after all wouldn’t you rather use an experienced contractor than someone you know nothing about ,has no insurance and is just looking for the next check Think about that for a bit !!!
Hire someone that actually has a dog in the fight and something at steak like reputation.

Mayb bigger isn’t always better. All day today as I walked through this 1 bedroom shop/house build all I could think about is how little maintenance, upkeep these customers would have.
We knocked some trim and cabinets out just about ready for a little paint. If you’re thinking like I’m thinking downsizing may be the right move. Give us a call no matter the size let’s see how we can help.
