took us to the City of Des Moines for the groundbreaking of Foundry Lofts, a new affordable family housing development in the Market District.

Our team recently helped bring the YMCA Camp Wapsie waterslide in Eastern Iowa back into service for this summer's campers. Thanks to the dedication and extra coordination from our team, countless campers can enjoy making memories at camp this season. 🌊☀️

The ALPLA Learning & Development Hub in Iowa City is officially complete, and the final result speaks for itself. 👏

This space was designed to support training, collaboration, and hands-on learning for ALPLA’s team. Our team, alongside Legat Architects, provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, along with construction administration support to help keep everything moving from design through completion.
