Weimer’s Watch Us Work Wednesday! 🛠️

Our newest basement renovation project kicked off in top gear! 💪
The guys got right down to the dirty work—breaking up and hauling away concrete to clear the way for what’s coming next. Even our girl Betty got in on the action, hauling off rubble from the demolition. 🚜💨
After wrapping up the outside demo, we moved indoors and got to work tearing things apart inside.
With the help of some professionals, we were able to locate the home’s existing drain pipe and, most importantly, found a path to tie the new basement bathroom into it! 🚽🔧
Demo is underway, the plan is coming together, and this basement is about to get a whole new look! Stay tuned for the transformation! 👀🏠

Our brand-new build in West Branch is coming along very well!
The insulators are officially done, and we’re keeping the train rolling as we get ready for the drywallers to take over. 🚂💨
It won’t be long now before we start seeing this house transform from just wood and nails into a home! 🏡

🔨 Weimer's Watch Us Work Wednesday!!! 🔨

Our brand new build in West Branch is looking more and more like a home every single day! With the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins complete, our clients could practically move in already... although we think they should probably wait until there's insulation, drywall, and maybe a few other finishing touches. 😄

In all seriousness, this home is coming together beautifully, and it's exciting to see each stage bring the homeowners one step closer to move-in day.

We're also kicking off a brand-new renovation project this week! Our crew is hard at work on the demolition phase, clearing the way for an exciting transformation. We can't wait to share the progress as this project takes shape, so be sure to follow along!

It's another busy week at Weimer Construction!

🏡 **West Branch New Build**
The Weimer crew is busy wrapping up the finish framing while our HVAC and plumbing crews are completing the rough-ins. It's exciting to see multiple trades working together as the home continues to take shape.

Rough-ins are one of the most important stages of construction. During this phase, the home's HVAC, plumbing, and other essential systems are installed before insulation and drywall. Taking the time to ensure everything is completed correctly now creates the foundation for a safe, efficient, and high-quality home that will perform well for years to come.

🏛️ **Historic Stucco Restoration**
We're also putting the finishing touches on a stucco repair project on a historic home downtown. Not only did we need to match the existing color, but we also carefully replicated the original texture to preserve the home's historic character.

The weather hasn't exactly been on our side this week, but we're thankful for the beautiful conditions we had early in the week that allowed us to apply our stucco products under ideal conditions—helping deliver a durable, long-lasting finish.

Progress is picking up in West Branch! 💪

The Weimer crew is wrapping up the framing on this beautiful new home, and as they're putting the finishing touches on the framing inside, the roofing crew is hard at work getting the roof installed outside. It's great to see multiple trades working together to keep this project moving forward.

The home now has windows installed, bringing us one step closer to a finished exterior. The deck is also beginning to come together, giving us a glimpse of the outdoor living space this home will offer.
It’s exciting to watch this project progress from the ground up. Each week brings new details, and we can’t wait to see this home continue to transform!

Our stucco rejuvenation project is coming along nicely! The team has been busy bringing this home back to life by refinishing the window trims and making repairs to the existing stucco.
With the repairs complete, we are now ready for the final steps — matching the color and texture to blend everything together seamlessly. It’s amazing what a little attention to detail can do to refresh the look of a home!

With the stone installation now complete, our garage addition is officially DONE! From the foundation to the finishing touches, our team put in the work to create a seamless addition that looks like it has always been part of the home.

Keep your sprinklers pointed away from your stucco! 💧

Sprinklers that constantly spray your stucco can leave behind mineral stains and keep the surface damp. Over time, excessive moisture can contribute to cracking, staining, or damage around windows and doors.

Take a few minutes to check your sprinkler heads and adjust them so they water your lawn—not your walls.

We've got a lot of exciting progress happening this week!

Our renovation project is nearing the finish line. The crew has done phenomenal work bringing this home back into top shape. From refinishing windows to fabricating custom trim pieces, their attention to detail and craftsmanship have been on full display. We're just wrapping up a few final touches, and we'll be calling this renovation a success.

Meanwhile, our new build in West Branch is really starting to take shape. What was once a hole in the ground now has walls and even the beginnings of a roof! It's exciting to see the vision come to life as this project gains momentum with each passing day.
