It’s rarely the big issues that cause the most stress in managed properties.
Lately we’ve been getting a steady mix of calls around small but important electrical issues across rental properties and managed homes—things like:
• moving or adding outlets
• troubleshooting dead switches or circuits
• replacing outdated GFCIs
• correcting inspection-related issues before re-inspections
• general “something isn’t working right” service calls
Nothing major on its own, but the kind of issues that can quickly turn into tenant complaints or delayed turnovers if they sit too long.
A lot of these end up being the “quick turn” type of service calls—getting in, diagnosing, and resolving small issues so they don’t stack up behind everything else.
