With over 10 years in the fencing and construction industry, Justin knows how to keep a job on schedule, supplies in stock, and relationships strong — whether with suppliers or the crew. When he's not managing the daily chaos that comes with running a growing company, you'll find him enjoying time with his wife and daughter, casting a line, or heading out for a good hunt. If it involves the outdoors or a solid work ethic, Justin’s all in.

“Just wanted to say how pleased we are with our new vinyl privacy fence and the install process. We special ordered the “MISQUITE” color from C Richie Fencing Co. a few weeks ago, and just had it installed. James and Daniel did an outstanding job overall. They worked for 2 full days, right up until 5:30 and were very professional and careful with measurements and alignment. We had the old chain link removed and taken away. The new taller vinyl upright posts went in beautifully straight w/ cement, so super solid. They had to struggle with a few tree roots in a couple spots, and didn’t take any short cuts. At the end, they went over any minor height adjustments and double checked everything. The finished result is impressive and really great looking. (see photos) Both days the yard debris was picked up and the job site was clean. Any soil from digging was nicely smoothed out and all our sprinklers were carefully watched and left intact. Additionally, they went above and beyond to re-align the latch from an older metal gate that was giving us trouble back from when we moved in. We’re really happy with C Richie Fencing Co. and definitely recommend them.”

Citrus County born and raised, growing up around the construction industry—thanks to a grandfather who was a builder and a father who built pools— Chad developed a passion for building things the right way from an early age.
