Repaired both sides of these handrails, replaced multiple pickets, and the 4x4's at the end. The end post was unstable so we removed the old ones, replaced them with new 4x4's, and concreted them in place. And lastly everything was primed. Then we applied a fresh coat of paint

Color used: 52 white.

Prep is always the key! Scraped the old paint, used a multi surface primer and then applied the finish coat. I also repeated this exact process on the handrails. We also added some solar light caps to beautify this space!

Deck Color used: behr super storm.

Handrail color: 52 white.

Painted/Sprayed with 20 gallons Benjamin Moore soft gloss. ✅

Stained/polyurethane new windows inside & painted outside. ✅

Soft washed entire exterior. ✅

Stained entire exterior with 10 gallons cabots water proofer. ✅

Fresh coat of Polyurethane applied to 3 doors. ✅

Stained & polyurethane applied to 3 entry way thresholds. ✅

Dad and my grandfather and my uncle painted this roof 25 years ago. My grandfather has passed on now. But i can still see him working on this beautiful cabin. I was just a young boy coming down here during the summers to fish while they worked. At 8 or 9 years old i never knew how i would cherish those memories like i do today. This job is more than just a job to us. Painting has fed our family for four generations. Its more than painting to me, this for me is a way of life! Thanks for all the support! Replacing these 25 year old nails with some nice new screws, we are on our fourth bag of 100 screws with about 6-7 more to go! Needless to say if we can do it and the home owner ask us to do it we get it done!! Almost time to give it a coat of fresh red paint!
