Got Humidity!? If so, you could use one of these whole house dehumidification units. This particular customer had such bad humidity that it ruined all of the insulation that was underneath there house (sound familiar?) AND warped a section of his living room floor it was so damp. Preemptive is always cheaper!

Did you know?... Taller doesn't always mean "bigger". Here is a pic of 2 Lennox systems our team just finished installing, the shorter one actually has a larger cooling capacity than the tall one.

Explanation:
The larger the cooling capacity is, the more surface area you need on the condenser coil outside. Instead of making a 10' tall unit to meet these requirements, most manufacturers simply stack multiple coils together inside the frame. The larger surface area also helps increase efficiency, that is why 20+year old systems are almost always smaller than a new system.
