A little pantry build out last month.

First treehouse at Camp Eagle is officially complete.
Built overlooking the headwaters of the Nueces River, this elevated cabin project has been in design by some very talented Eagle staff over the last few years to give a true treehouse feel, with parts of the structure sitting nearly 18 feet off the ground and tucked down into the hillside trees. The 2700 sqft layout includes two cabin spaces connected by a large covered gathering deck, along with separate guys and gals bathroom/shower areas.
One of the more unique features was the 15° slanted walls in the cabins with soon to be built-in bunk areas positioned at each window.
This project was years in the making between staff at Camp Eagle, so it was good seeing the vision finally come to life and come together the way it did. Proud of our crew and everyone involved in this build. Look forward to starting the next 2 sets in August.

Looking for a crew to hang OSB on interior walls.

A group of past and present members of our crew showed up to help our friend and former employee Megan Bruinsma rebuild part of Crider’s Dance Hall after the Guadalupe River floods on July 4th, 2025. They gave up their weekend and went to work building new bathrooms and a green room for the dancehall.
I’m proud of these guys. Their integrity and willingness to show up for a friend says everything about who they are.
Grateful to be a small part of rebuilding a place that means so much to my family. I look forward to the day my kids, and one day their kids, get to enjoy Crider’s the same way so many of us have.
Proud of this crew and proud to run with men like this.

Dry-in phase wrapped on the first of four elevated cabins out at Camp Eagle. Fresh paint going on and a clean standing seam roof locking it in. Solid progress. Always good to see a project start coming together. More coming soon
