“I’m most proud of getting my license as well as being a lead.”

“It’s very family oriented here.”

“I like to hang out with my son, go fishing, and play cards!”

Robert started with us as a helper, worked his way up to a lead, and even went to school to earn his license! 📚🎓We’re proud of everything he’s accomplished and grateful for the commitment he brings to our team every day.❤️🔧

🔥 What led you to work in this field?
“Heating and cooling is always going to have a high demand, especially in a state like Iowa with such cold and hot temperatures.”

🏆 What professional achievement are you most proud of?
“I am most proud of averaging 2.5 houses of installation completion per week for multiple years in a row.”

💪 What do you love most about the company or your role?
“The company has great ownership, covering all aspects of what it takes to run a business successfully. I enjoy my role in helping manage and keep production and quality levels high.”

🎣 What do you enjoy in your free time?
“In my free time I love spending time with my daughters, helping them learn and watching them grow. Also hunting, fishing, and basically anything outdoors.”

After 15 years, Nate’s experience, leadership, and dedication continue to make a huge impact on our team. We’re incredibly thankful to have him helping keep our production and quality at its best! 👏

We replaced the furnace, A/C, and coil with a new R-454B system designed to meet today’s changing efficiency and environmental standards.

🌎 Why R-454B?
The HVAC industry is moving toward lower-global-warming-potential refrigerants like R-454B as part of the transition away from higher-GWP refrigerants. R-454B has a significantly lower global warming potential than the R-410A refrigerant it is replacing, making it a more environmentally friendly option while helping meet newer refrigerant regulations.

That means this homeowner is getting modern heating and cooling technology, improved efficiency, and a more environmentally conscious system all in one upgrade! 💙

We are so excited to share that $1,000 was raised for Kiya Koda Animal Shelter through our July A/C Tune-Up & Service Agreement fundraiser! 🎉🐶🐱

For every A/C tune-up and new service agreement completed throughout the month of July, we donated $15 to help support the amazing work Kiya Koda does for animals in our community.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who scheduled a tune-up or service agreement and helped us make this donation possible! Your support truly makes a difference. ❤️
