Our blue ribbon cabbages have turned into Freshly Fermented Raw Polish Sauerkraut.

We chopped them up by hand and fermented in food safe pails for >8 weeks. The kraut has a snappy crunch. Has live lactobacillus cultures and probiotics.

We are selling them $10/quart and you'll need to Keep it refrigerated. Then eat right out of the jar, top a pork roast or your favorite bratwurst. 👌😍🎉
