Just wrapped up a renovation three blocks from the IU campus and one block from Kirkwood. First Presbyterian Church has been around for over 200 years and was the first church in Bloomington. We fully remodeled 6 commercial bathrooms, painted common areas, new exterior concrete and even got to work on an original Bloomington limestone facade. Best place for a lunch break of any job we've done in the past 10.5 years 😂

Happy 4th of July!!

Just finished a 3 unit commercial building in fountain square. We added 1200 s.f. by building a second story mezzanine to each unit and cut in overhead doors so any type of business can lease the space. All done and ready for new tenants to make it their own!

Today we celebrate 10 years in business! A huge thank you goes out to all of our clients and craftsmen who have worked alongside us over the years!!

Before and after photos of a commercial project we just finished at 16th and the Monon. Half of the building is now occupied by Indy's best new wine bar and the other half by an engineering firm. We're thankful and proud to say that as of today, we have built out space for more than 50 small businesses!

Happy 4th of July!

Recently completed project in downtown Indy where we renovated five apartments and five commercial units. The commercial units now provide space for two photo photography studios, a barbershop, hair salon, florist and a tattoo parlor. Such a cool building and a great place for local business! Great job Mike, Bailee and rest of CB team!

Just completed this commercial build out. It is an office building named “switchboard two” where dozens of local small businesses will operate from. We’re so incredibly proud of our entire team and everyone who worked together to make this happen. Most importantly, thank you to my wife Tina Cassetty! Couldn’t have done it without you!
