THE CORONAVIRUS & IFS

As you all know, the novel coronavirus has swept our communities and is changing daily life for many of us. With so many businesses shutting down, we want to reassure you that all of us here at Indiana Filter Supply are healthy and remain committed to meeting your air filtration needs at full capacity for as long as we can. We are aware that this situation is evolving and things could change based on national and local edicts, but intend to operate as usual until further notice.

How We Are Protecting Our Customers & Employees

• **We ask and encourage customers to call ahead to place filter orders and then to pick them up at the back dock. This will minimize human contact and allow for proper social distancing within our facilities
• Delivery drivers will practice distancing as much as possible by avoiding direct contact while dropping off product
• Daily sanitation of surfaces in our offices and warehouses are taking place to keep commonly trafficked areas as clean as possible
• Our scheduled Customer Appreciation Day has been postponed until further notice to avoid a large crowd
• Frequent hand washing is encouraged for both our employees and our customers.

No Gathering in Front Office
As stated above, we encourage and ask that our customers call ahead with their orders so that we may have them ready for pick up at our back dock/door. This will eliminate social gathering in our front office and will help ensure the safety of customers and employees alike.

Our office/warehouse on the northside of Indy will be business as usual 7:30am- 4:30pm
