So grateful for the opportunity, Kelly.

I took a bunch of time off in 2018 (about 6 months to be exact 😂) for a move & to enjoy our littles a lot more, especially our youngest that will be signing up for Kindergarten THIS SPRING!! 😭
While that makes me super sad, I feel like I need to get back to work a little more. It truly is my other "happy place" and brings me so much joy.
We are currently taking orders & booking board & brush parties again. Of course Mr. Smith is still doing his custom-built furniture. We would love to help you create your dream sign, jewelry, furniture or just about anything else you can dream up! Looking forward to some fun new orders & seeing some new things from our oldest, Sydney.

Had to share these as this just might be the first time Mr. Smith of Simply Smith took pics of a project!!! 🙌😂
He isn't always the best at remembering (even if his Wifey reminds him to take lots of pics, especially before & after)
Pretty cool to see these from his perspective as well. He has a whole foot + on me. I am the one you see standing on things I shouldn't be to get a shot. 🤦‍♀️

So many amazing things to say about this post, so hang on...it might be a long one.
First off, I would like to tell the awesome "Mr. Smith" of Simply Smith congrats on this HUGE project. He works so hard coming up with the perfect design, building it from stacks of boards & making sure that it is everything that the client is hoping for. These beauties are ALMOST finished, so stay tuned to see the FINAL project pics!📸 I cannot wait to see them all "dressed" up! Thank you for all of your hardwork & dedication with Simply Smith, Tim Smith. This guy works a full time job at a major engineering company downtown, coaches year-round for our crazy-busy crew & makes time to do what he loves- woodworking! I personally have one "project" for ya & then maybe you could just get some R & R in! 😉 Thanks again for ALL THAT YOU DO!!

Next up- A BIG, HUGE shout out to Nest Real Estate! You guys are so awesome & you have the most adorable office! 🙌 Y'all are always so friendly & kind & are some of our MOST FAVORITE- EVER clients. We are so grateful for all of the opportunities that you have blessed our (little) local company with. We have truly enjoyed working with you guys & have appreciated you allowing a couple of our kiddos to come & "help" their Papa build. I personally think that is so important & they love that they get to be a part of it.
We cannot wait to see these all finished up & to see what all you do with them. The entire office looks so AWESOME! It has come a long way & you guys have done such a fabulous job making it feel so cozy & welcoming! Thanks again to each & everyone of you! ❤

One of our most-favorite things about this season~ ORNAMENTS!!! ❤💚
We make so many of these each & every year.
Our kiddos love to give them out to friends & teachers, we do a lot of ornament exchanges & each one of our kiddos have a full size tree so we can add a special "new" one each year.
They make the PERFECT "little" gift for everyone on your list & right now these last ones of the season are now only five bucks, that's right- $5!!
I can always add more stamped items to them, prices do vary on that...so just ask.😁

Someone has been busy out in his woodworking workshop....thank goodness he had some "extra" help! 😉😉 Love seeing our kiddos wanting to get out there & learn new things. I think it is super-important for them to know how to build, paint, stain wood, design & all those other "crafty" things we do @ Simply Smith
This girl here is usually busy sewing & making jewelry, but is wanting to learn how to build- loving it! I think Santa may just have to bring her her own safety goggles & woodworking pencil. 😍
This is a HUGE project, any guesses on what it is? Stay tuned for pics of the finished project, it will be set up & installed this weekend. So thankful for that, couldn't tell ya how many times I almost accidentally opened that garage door with all that wood up against it!! 🤦‍♀️
