4th quarter update. We are still trying to figure out exactly what kind of company we are evolving into. When we started out, we thought we would primarily do commercial work only. We quickly realised we had all the assets in place to be able to help anyone with their HVAC issues. Since opening last December, we have replaced 82 furnaces and or air conditioners, roughed in and finished 16 homes, ran countless service calls (dozens of which were not HVAC related but we were in a position to help) and ran a few commercial jobs. We are currantly working on the Hubler Mazda remodel in Greenwood, a Dr office on Madison Ave, the new Cabaret theater in Greenwood, the Pagoda art studio downtown Indy and JBP furniture store remodel on east st. Our team might be small but we somehow manage to get these jobs done, on time and in budget! We must be doing something right and that is a great feeling. If you know anyone needing help with their HVAC issues, dont hesitate to pass our number along. It helps more than you could imagine!

Running a small business can be daunting at times but after being out on my own, I couldnt imagine going back to work for someone! A friend of mine sent me these pictures and they are absolutely 100% correct! I was taught a long time ago that it's only a good deal if both parties are happy. We try to be fair with everyone and 99.9% of the time we are the "heros" but you will always run into those people who want everything for nothing! That is a huge challenge when juggling a business, payroll, 4 vechiles, a mortgage, rent etc. We have climbed to the rated HVAC company in indy by loveing what we do, taking pride in our work, fixing equipment instead of selling new (if possible) and treating all our customers like family! 39th may not seem too impressive but we started in december at 160th!! There are hundreds of HVAC companies you could call and we really appreciate the ones that call us! Reviews and recommendations on FB, next door, yelp... help us tremendously! If you have a second and you feel that we excelled at our job and surpassed your expectations, please leave us a review on ANY website, social media, forum or app. In todays world it helps ALL small business get their name out there. So that's what an 84 hour work week feels like 🤔😫 thank you to our patient customers! We try to be everywhere at once but when it's this hot out, we dont even waste our time making a schedule! Our guys did an amazing job this week keeping us on track. We still have tons of work to do and are thankful for this cooler weather that's predicted. It feels like a Friday night but we will be back at it in a few short hours! Sad to see my wife going back to work tomorrow, summer break flew by! This business would NOT be successful without her making sure everything is taken care of for our family and from her office! As always, thank you guys for the continued support, we are really doing something special here and it feels great to give back and help out! Hope everyone has a great week!

We will be able to sleep one of these days! Until then, business as usual. This was us responding to an emergency rooftop change out at Hubler Chevy today. A big thank you to the Hubler family, South Central supply house for finding the unit and Muck crane service for squeezing us in! A lot of moving parts but feels great when it all comes togather!!
