We’re currently hiring for Spring 2026.

The Role: Interior Designer ( 5–10 years of experience)

As an interior designer at DELV, you’ll work on a diverse mix of project types—leading clients, contractors, and consultants to uncover vision and implement goals.

You’ll do so alongside a collaborative team guiding projects through due diligence, design, approvals + permitting, construction administration, and closeout.

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives with creative autonomy, takes their craft seriously, and shows up for their team. To be a fit for this spot on our team, you are:

▪️Bold and creative
▪️Proficient with Revit and SketchUp
▪️Skilled from concept to detailing
▪️Well-versed in visualization tools
▪️Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design
▪️NCIDQ preferred

At DELV, we believe leadership is not defined by titles but is instead shaped by how one cares for people, nurtures ideas, and serves the various communities they are embedded in. But, as a talented team matures and grows, it’s important to share with the design community the amazing leaders that influence our studio every day. Therefore, we have decided to create the new position of Associate within DELV and recognize six DELVers whose influence has strengthened our culture and helped advance our mission.

As newly appointed Associates, each represent the next generation of leadership within our studio being rooted in empathy, guided by integrity, and driven by design that helps people, communities, and nature thrive.

Cafe Patachou offers a central gathering spot where every thoughtful detail invites connection, conversation, and community---we were thrilled to have this project showcased at the Indy Chamber Monumental Awards.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it celebrates the craft, vision, and collaborative spirit that goes into each design. Our team, alongside Patachou's founder and restauranteur Martha Hoover, poured passion and intention into the project with special attention to materiality and spatial storytelling. Being acknowledged among so many outstanding projects is an honor!

Construction is underway on Sun King Brewery 's newest home in the heart of downtown Westfield.

This Union Square destination blends the adaptive reuse of a historic firehouse with bold new design—creating a place to gather, enjoy local craft beer, and connect with nature.

Uniquely oriented toward Grand Junction Plaza, the two-story brewery will feature indoor and outdoor seating that flows seamlessly into the park, extending its immersive, nature-forward experience.

We can’t wait to see this project come to life—soon serving as a place where Westfield residents can spend summer evenings with family, friends, and a pint in hand.

These awards represent the power of design to advance communities, honor heritage, and elevate the human experience. Each of our winning projects reflect a unique narrative while carrying forward our desire to live in a world in which people, communities and nature are thriving.

More than just a city building, the design for the Fishers Municipal Center stretches beyond the traditional municipal function to become a true community destination. It’s a place for the people—bringing together arts, theater, and education in the heart of downtown, and creating a vibrant hub where civic and cultural life intersect.

PENN ADAPTIVE ELECTRIC REUSE
A 100+ year old building given new life in the heart of Indianapolis. Once home to a furniture manufacturer, roofing warehouse, and electric switch company, it now shifts from storing things to hosting people—with daylight-filled workspaces and a vibrant restaurant + bar with a playful patio.
