In regards to Ariel Moore's post...First of all, of course the weather affects me, as it does everyone involved with mowing or providing an outdoor service. Rain = wet grass, oftentimes to the point it is a bad idea to drive a 1,200 pound machine across a lawn over and over. I've seen a number of lawn companies willing to put huge ruts in sopping wet grass to ensure a payday. I prefer to wait a day or 2 to ensure the grass stays healthy and looking good. So yes, i am guilty as charged.
As far as being overbooked, that was a misunderstanding on her part. She told me to wait 2 1/2 weeks to return after the last mow. Apparently, she'd meant to say 1 1/2 weeks. So again, guilty as charged. Up until that point, i was there every week. I have a lot of weekly mows and admit I sometimes cannot drop everything to travel out of my normal area to appease someone who made a mistake.
As they say, however, the customer is supposedly always right, and the internet provides them a means to bash someone. I just ask anyone seeing her post to not believe everything you hear, and check out the other positive reviews I've received on social media. (As far as this Buffy person goes, never heard of her in my life, but oh well).
Regardless, thank you for your business Ariel, and i hope you find the service you desire.
