🎉 Employee Spotlight & Work Anniversary 🎉

Please join us in celebrating Zach Hyatt, our Project Coordinator, on his 4-year anniversary with Fairchild Renovations!

Zach plays a vital role in leading our field team and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. With more than 30 years of experience in construction and distribution supply, he brings a tremendous amount of industry knowledge in cabinetry, doors, windows, roofing, and much more.

Having been a trusted industry partner since 2015, Zach officially joined the Fairchild Renovations team in 2022 and has continued to be an incredible asset through his leadership, product expertise, and commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys exploring Indianapolis history, collecting vintage memorabilia, and supporting local theater alongside his wife and their three adult children.

Founder Curtis Michaels began his plumbing career in 2003, quickly developing a deep commitment to the trade and expertise in water quality systems. In 2014, Curtis stepped away from plumbing to serve our country as a U.S. Army Infantryman with the 101st Airborne Division, including a deployment to Iraq during Operation Inherent Resolve. Being part of transforming a new house (to our client) to their home is so rewarding; staring in the basement with material, structural repairs and working from there. Custom Kitchen and Hearth Room, all new flooring throughout main level and 2nd level, (2) bathrooms, new front door (larger), and numerous updates in painting and lighting along the way.
