Curb appeal, completely reimagined.

This Zionsville home went from dated and worn to absolutely stunning. We tackled siding and trim repair, installed a striking custom french entry door, added coach lights on the garage plus a new post light and pendant over the foyer, and finished it off with a full exterior repaint alongside our trusted paint trade partner.

The result: a home that finally matches the character of what's inside.

A BATHROOM BUILT TO GROW WITH THEM

Some renovations need to balance function, durability, and a touch of personality — this one delivers all three.

The original bathroom featured a dated oak vanity, dark countertops, and worn tile flooring that no longer fit the home. We replaced it with a full-length white vanity, quartz countertops, matte black fixtures, and a backlit LED mirror — plus a dedicated makeup station and new flooring throughout.

Just outside, the landing and stairs received their own update: a new runner, new risers and treads, updated railing hardware, and new decorative lighting throughout.

Thoughtful details, built for daily life.

THE HEART OF THE HOME, REIMAGINED

A kitchen renovation rarely stays contained to just the kitchen — and this project is a perfect example.

The original layout featured dated oak cabinetry, mismatched finishes, and a disconnected flow between the kitchen and the adjoining living space. We reworked the entire footprint: all new custom cabinetry in a warm two-tone palette, a stunning waterfall-edge quartz island, and a hand-glazed blue tile backsplash behind a professional-grade dual range.

A custom wood range hood, brass lighting throughout, and a dedicated beverage bar tie the space together — while an oversized farmhouse sink and window frame views straight out to the backyard pool.

Look closely and you'll notice this kitchen opens directly into the same living space from our recent fireplace transformation — proof that the best renovations consider how every room connects, not just how each one looks on its own.

A NEW FIRST IMPRESSION

Some renovations change how a room functions. This one changes how a home feels the moment you walk in.

We replaced the original entry door with a custom double french door system, added new flooring, and refreshed the two-story foyer entirely — turning a plain, dated entrance into a warm, elevated first impression.

Just steps away, the great room saw an equally striking transformation. The dated fireplace and cluttered surround were replaced with a custom wood-paneled fireplace wall, integrated lighting, and a water v***r fireplace — creating a space built for both quiet evenings and entertaining.

Sometimes the best renovation isn't just about the kitchen — it's about everything around it.

For this project, we removed an existing hallway and hallway closet to expand the kitchen's footprint entirely, opening up the space for real functionality and effortless entertaining. The result is a completely reimagined layout: all new stone countertops, custom tile, and cabinetry throughout, paired with a mix of decorative and functional lighting — including integrated audio built right into the ceiling.

New flooring runs throughout the entire space, tying the kitchen seamlessly into the adjoining living area for one continuous, open-concept flow.

From a closed-off hallway and dated finishes to a bright, expansive kitchen built for how this family actually lives.

From open porch to a stunning enclosed entertainment space

This porch got a full transformation — insulated, enclosed, and built out into a space our clients will use so much more than before.

The scope:
— Custom board & batten trim, inside and out
— All-new windows and French doors for natural light
— Custom lighting and integrated audio
— Media wall for entertaining
— Removed the outdated sunken hot tub
— New tile flooring throughout
— Fresh paint, top to bottom

What was once an open-air, underused space is now a vaulted, light-filled entertainment space that flows seamlessly into the kitchen — brick knee walls and exposed beam ceiling giving it warmth and character.
