METICULOUS is proud to recognize our BIM Manager / Project Architect, Chad Reineke, for his contributions to the 2025 Venice Biennale in Venice, Italy, one of the most prestigious festivals presenting groundbreaking artists and pioneering architects. In addition to presenting “Digital Fabrication and the Design Studio,” a lecture exploring hands-on pedagogy and material intelligence, Chad is exhibiting "Ambient Atmosphere," an interdisciplinary installation blending architecture, sound, and phenomenology.

As our BIM Manager, Chad continues to expand the principles of design-build innovation through practice, teaching, and mentorship, ensuring that our projects are not only beautifully designed but thoughtfully constructed. He plays a critical role in embedding integrated knowledge throughout our staff, reinforcing our commitment excellence.

METICULOUS celebrates the grand opening of the Grassy Creek Park Nature Center in Indianapolis, a beautiful new destination for environmental education, community gathering, and outdoor play!

The rammed earth-inspired building design was conceived in collaboration with Indy Parks and Recreation and Context Design. The new facility serves as a vibrant hub for local youth and families to visit, gather, and connect with nature. The building features flexible community and class rooms, staff offices, restrooms, a bird watching room, and a welcoming back porch overlooking an active wooded area. Its modern, sustainable design mimics patterns found in rammed earth, integrating seamlessly into the landscape, inviting visitors to explore and learn.

Just steps away, the new playground is a nature-inspired adventure zone with inclusive equipment, climbing features, and natural shade, encouraging visitors to discover the outdoors through movement and imagination.

We are deeply grateful to our project partners who helped bring this vision to life: Project Lead - Context Design, MEP Engineering - KBSO Consulting, Structural Engineering - JQOL, and construction - Jungclaus-Campbell Co., Inc.

The METICULOUS team is honored to design a space that will enrich the Far Eastside community for generations to come.

This week, a few excited members of the METICULOUS Healthcare studio joined CURIS colleagues and project partners to celebrate a major milestone on the new IU Health downtown hospital: signing one of the final structural steel beams being placed in the Penthouse. The event marked the completion of the concrete structure and honored the collaboration that continues to drive this transformative project forward.

Set to open in 2027, the new IU Health hospital will span over 2 million square feet, feature 864 beds, and integrates world class care with the latest in medical technology and patient-centered design. The facility will become a new anchor and model for healthcare in Indiana, consolidating multiple services into a single, state-of-the-art campus.

It was a meaningful event to reflect on the shared vision, coordination, and commitment powering this effort.

We’re proud to contribute to this future-focused healthcare environment as part of the CURIS design team, and give a special salute to the healthcare delivery visionaries of Indiana University Health!

A huge congratulations to Indy Parks and Recreation as they celebrate the ribbon cutting of Riverside Adventure Park, a reimagined public space transformed from a former golf course into a nature park for all.

Our team is proud to have designed the new pavilion, one of many features enhancing this incredible site, including accessible trails, a nature playground, custom picnic shelters, artful signage, restrooms, and a fitness loop.

A huge thank you to our client V3 Companies, project owner Indy Parks and Recreation, and our outstanding partners who brought this vision to life: JQOL, and KBSO Consulting.

As the world mourns the passing of Pope Francis, we are deeply honored and profoundly grateful that The Founder’s Memorial in Abu Dhabi served as the site for a historic moment of peace and unity: the visit of His Holiness Pope Francis during the Interreligious Meeting of 2019.

To witness the space we so thoughtfully designed become a beacon for dialogue, understanding, and fraternity is the highest affirmation of our mission to "Uplift Humanity". This gathering of faiths—set against the enduring Sheikh Zayed memorial—echoes the spirit of tolerance and humanity that inspired every inter-related line, form, and element of this iconic destination.

May this moment continue to shine as a symbol of shared dignity and hope for generations to come.

Congratulations to the Memphis Police Department and the City of Memphis on the ribbon cutting for the new Downtown Memphis Real Time Crime Center! Our Memphis team was honored to attend and support their efforts to advance public safety as well as their commitment to innovation, responsiveness, and community impact.

This forward-thinking facility is designed to help law enforcement quickly and effectively respond to community needs through the use of advanced technology, strategic design, and collaborative spaces. It was exciting to see the space come to life and to witness the enthusiasm of city leaders, officers, and community members.

METICULOUS served as Architect of Record, Design Architect, and Interior Designer for this project.

We are excited to share these early images, this is just the beginning, stay tuned for more to come.
