On today’s blooper report 😩😂

We picked up a brand-new property today. We walked it first because every landscaper knows fresh sod should usually have time to establish before being cut. It looked solid, thick, and passed the walk test with flying colors.

Well… that was true right up until a 2,000 lb mower met it. 😩 One wrong turn, and let’s just say the ground had other plans. Trying to get unstuck only made for an even bigger adventure.

Thanks, builders y’all might have just lined me up for a future sod job! 😂 I’m still not sure who gets the blame on this one, but whew, this was a tough blow.

And remember: it ain’t the fall that hurts… it’s the sudden stop. Good thing I didn’t jump! 😩😂

📍 SERVICE AREA: We service properties within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis!

Your year-round service agreement can include:

✅ Mowing & Trimming — $35 per scheduled cut for qualifying properties
🍂 Fall Leaf Cleanups — seasonal leaf removal and property cleanup
🌿 Winterizing — final seasonal cut, trimming, leaf/debris cleanup, and preparing lawn and landscape areas for winter
❄️ Snow Removal — driveway and/or walkway clearing based on your service agreement
🧂 Salting — treatment of agreed-upon driveways and walkways when needed

🔒 HOW THE $35 LOCK-IN WORKS

Your property must qualify based on yard size, condition, accessibility, and location within our service area. The $35 price applies specifically to your scheduled grass cutting and trimming service.

Leaf cleanup, winterizing, snow removal, and salting are NOT $35 services. Pricing for those services will be clearly listed in your 2-year agreement before you sign.
