🏗️ Project Update | Dallara Simulator Addition

The Dallara Simulator Addition reached two major milestones last week with the completion of the mezzanine concrete pour and the slab-on-grade concrete pour in Area A.

With these key pours complete, the project continues to make great progress as the new simulator space takes shape.

🏗️ Project Update: Dallara SIM Addition

Exciting progress is underway at the Dallara SIM Addition as the facility expands to make room for a new 360-degree racing simulator experience! 🏎️

Dillon Construction Group has completed the foundation work, and crews are now erecting the structural steel framing. Next up: installation of the exterior wall panels, anticipated to begin in early October.

We’re excited to see this unique space continue to take shape!

🥩 Project Update | Bowdies Chophouse Savannah

Things are taking shape at Bowdies Chophouse in Savannah, Georgia!

The project team recently completed installation of the structural steel for the mezzanine, along with sound insulation beneath the podium. Wall framing and MEP rough-ins are now underway as we continue bringing the new space to life.

🏗️ Project Update | Dallara Mezzanine

Exciting progress is taking shape at the Dallara Mezzanine project in Speedway, Indiana!

This project is transforming the space to create new second-floor offices while adding valuable storage space on the lower level. The team has recently completed electrical rough-ins, drywall and painting, and is now moving into the next phase with man door and overhead door installation, ceiling grid and overhead lighting.

Progress is taking shape at the 3rd Street Residence in Carmel, Indiana!

Mass excavation of the basement is officially complete, and the team is making great progress on the concrete foundations. Basement wall construction is now getting underway as we continue bringing this project out of the ground.

🏗️ Project Update | Bowdies Chophouse Savannah

Progress is moving full speed ahead at Bowdies Chophouse in Savannah, Georgia!

Several MEP trades are on site completing their rough-ins, while cold-formed metal framing is now underway and approximately 30% complete. Up next, structural steel installation for the mezzanine will mark another major milestone and help accelerate construction as the project continues to take shape.

We’re proud to partner with Curious Projects on bringing this exciting restaurant to life and look forward to sharing more progress in the weeks ahead.

🚧 Project Update: Dallara Simulator Addition 🚧

Construction is officially underway on the Dallara Simulator Addition in Speedway, Indiana!

This week, our team broke ground, kicking off the project with demolition and transitioning into site earthwork. We’re currently grading the building pad and beginning excavation of the retention pond as we prepare for the next phase of construction.
