One of the reasons that I created PLUMB Doctor INC is because, in the past... I tried to build a company that did nothing but warranty plumbing, through home warranty companies. I saw the goldmine that existed, but a cap was put on the amount of money, that I could make... At each visit. If I didn't comply, then they would not send me work. I fought this Democratic system for over 10 years, and decided to get out, and back to work for a company. Dealing with customers, on a daily basis...I see and hear about all kinds of issues. A lot of the problem today is people on a fixed income. Prices have soared, but the amount of money they receive, does not change. Homeownership is nearly impossible for these people! 41% of Indianapolis is on a fixed income. I do see a number of these homes, faucets not being repaired, toilets rigged to flush, electric water heaters working on one element to get hot water. People do what they have to to hold on to their lives. This is very aggravating to me... To see people that made this country what it is, and now their retired and thrown a bone? What did Jon Williams (Master Plumber/PLUMB Doctor Inc/director of operations) do this week? I installed several of the newest toilet designed with a jet that cleans the rim of the toilet before flushing. I am very impressed with the Toto brand! I find lots of loose toilets, and so I do fl**ge repairs... Like no other ! The information that I have gathered over 34 years in-the-plumbing-field, is why you don't want to use just any plumber. I am a and take pride in doing... Not good work... The very best work! I am very soft spoken, and very friendly with everyone, and I love doggies! It seems that most of my customers have at least 1 pet! Love them all!! Until they bit me on my nose.. lol! Recently.... like a few days ago, I demoed a double lavatory, took off the countertop, mirror, and all the trim that was around the double lavatory cabinet. Removed the cabinets, cut out the water damaged drywall, below the drain, and installed 4 new shutoff valves til the new cabinets arrive. I am installing new cabinets, and reusing the double lavatory countertop, and installing polished nickel Delta single handle faucets. Finishing by putting the mirror back in, all the trim back in, and silicone all the necessary areas! Just another day for Jon Williams! I go out and do home inspections on a regular basis, so that I can point out all the things that need replaced, or repaired. For instance... I did a home inspection, and ended up working a deal on a new limited- lifetime warranty pull down center spray, Delta kitchen faucet, and 4 Delta lavatory faucet repairs... All the lavatory faucets were the same. Repairing the faucets, saved him a lot of money, versus replacement... And he was thrilled! I do this with toilets too! Replacing all the parts inside the tank, and all the seals from the tank to bowl. This can be done, instead of replacement, in most cases! We give options to give the customer what he or she wants... At a good price. I am fair and honest, and need your business!

We will beat any or estimate, by ,25% or more.... 99% of the time! The way our company works is the same way a normal plumbing service company... Giving estimates before doing any work, and also providing 5 Star service throughout the visit! The difference is... We fix your plumbing... The option you agree to. Instead of paying an actual bill... You donate at least the amount of cost of the option you chose for repairs, to Plumb Doctor Inc. You receive a for the work completed... No other plumbing service company offers this... because of their business structure. The donations helps to pay our employees, and our bills, and complies with Indiana State regulations. Plumb Doctor Inc. is a multifaceted organization, registered as a 501c3 with the State of Indiana. I am preparing to invest in Facebook ads to generate business and establish our plumbing department. Our plumbing services department will operate similarly to a standard service plumbing company. I intend to hire licensed plumbers and offer a competitive starting salary of $90,000, inclusive of insurance, dental coverage, 401k, short-term and long-term disability, and a company truck or van to take home. . Because of the way PLUMB Doctor INC is formed. will be eligible for a credit, for the total cost of the Plumbing Service Invoice! Instead of actually paying the bill... You are AT LEAST the amount of the that you choose. Done in this manor... Gives you a tax credit for the entire bill! No other plumbing service in Indiana can offer a tax credit!
