I heard a radio commercial stating that "other plumbers won't advertise their water heater prices". Here you go.

We install the following water heaters including delivery, installation, setup and disposal of the old water heater;
Tankless Navien 240a $3650
Rheem 40 gallon electric $1050
Rheem 40 gallon gas $1175
Rheem 50 gallon electric $1150
Rheem 50 gallon gas $1275

Larger units/ power vented units are also available.

Picture this...your sump pump quits working so you buy another one but instead of replacing the busted one you install the new one next to the old one and create a new drainline that ties into the kitchen drainline (against code) but now the kitchen trap gurgles every few minutes and drains greasy water into the sump pit so you install a trap randomly in the kitchen drainline in hopes that the gurgling stops but it doesn't so you ignore it for years until the real estate agent is in your house preparing to list it and she wonders what the noise is and calls her plumber (me) and I fix it.
