We are hiring a 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to join our 𝗟𝗮𝗳𝗮𝘆𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲, 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience managing healthcare and heavy industrial construction projects, with full ownership of pre-construction, estimation, and project management from budgeting and scheduling to submittals and closeout documentation.

The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-focused, and confident in handling project documentation, subcontractor communication, and construction schedules.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar
✅ 3 to 5 years of experience in construction management or estimating
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
✅ Strong attention to detail and independent work ethic
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Meet David Whalen, HMH's Assistant Project Manager!

From writing quotes to prepping upcoming jobs and keeping current projects on track, David is one of the people making sure nothing falls through the cracks. His proudest moment at HMH was completing an emergency repair at a manufacturing facility so quickly that the customer reached out personally to thank him for the fast response and quality of work.
