-Greets and assists all persons who come into the office
-Receives, makes or transfers telephone calls
-Schedules appointments and meetings for staff
-Retrieve and print job application
-Assist customers and translation as directed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Must be fluent in Spanish
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to adapt to different needs and techniques
-Working knowledge of Google-based operating systems, Sheets, Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
-Effective written and oral communication skills
-Professionalism

-Develop documents for permitting
-Revise plans as marked and thoroughly coordinates all sheets that are affected by any changes
-Ensure established deadlines are met
-Prepare details and sketches

-Bilingual (English & Spanish)
-Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
-Working knowledge of the current version of AutoCAD
-Effective written and oral communication skills
-Valid driver's license
