Roof inspection for an 89 year old disabled woman. Her insurance carrier is dropping her becuase of the condition of the roof. She had it replaced just 6 years ago by a local, “contractor”. She had no idea what was done as she is bed ridden.

Always use a trusted contractor with years of experience and reviews!!
