Another groundbreaking in Bargersville! 🏗️

We’re excited to break ground on a new 9,778 SF medical office building for Johnson Memorial Health, located at the northeast corner of Whiteland Road and Morgantown Road in the Town of Bargersville.

Serving as both developer and contractor, our team is proud to partner with Johnson Memorial Health, a trusted healthcare system deeply rooted in Johnson County and dedicated to expanding access to primary care and related medical services for the growing community.

When Gene was diagnosed with testicular cancer, our team came together to make sure he could focus on what mattered most — his health and his family. From covering his time away to rallying around him through treatment, Gene’s journey has reminded us what it truly means to be a work family.

Exciting things are happening in the Town of Bargersville!

Last week, we broke ground on a new multi-tenant building on Virginia Lane for the future home of Bargersville Eyecare (formerly Warner Eyecare) and Austgen Family Dental with additional space available for one or two more tenants.

We were joined by Dr. Warner and Dr. Austgen, their dedicated teams, Jay Horn and Lynn Mara from CBIZ, Inc., Scott McDermott from The National Bank Of Indianapolis, and members of Dr. Austgen’s family - all celebrating the start of this exciting new development.

When Sono Bello needed to expand its surgery services at their Keystone Crossing location in the City of Indianapolis, they turned to the area leader in medical construction. 🏥 This complex expansion & renovation required close coordination with MEP trades to expand 2 more OR’s along with ancillary and surgery support areas.

We partnered with Sono Bello’s Project Management team, Turner & Townsend (a majority-owned CBRE affiliate), to deliver this beautiful new space. ✨ It’s now fully operational and specializes in advanced body contouring, including laser-assisted liposuction techniques.

We were honored to join Dr. Greg Hopkinson, his family, and the Hamilton Town Dentistry staff to celebrate the groundbreaking of their new dental office in the Hyde park development at 136th St. & Brooks School Rd.

Hamilton Town Dentistry will soon move into their own standalone building and begin a new chapter as Hyde Park Dentistry, proudly serving the City of Noblesville, Ind. and the surrounding communities for years to come.

🎉 Ribbon Cutting Celebration 🎉

Yesterday, we were honored to celebrate the Witham Health Services’ Center of Hope in the Town of Zionsville. A project we’re incredibly proud to have delivered.

This newly renovated space provides compassionate, confidential care to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Staffed by specially trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE), the Center of Hope plays a vital role in supporting survivors with the dignity and medical attention they deserve. Previously, victims of this kind of abuse in Boone County had to seek help in Indianapolis or Lafayette. Now, they have a safe and supportive place right here at home
