Think Crestline

The journey has been long, and many hurdles have been overcome, but Crestline is excited to announce demolition at the M22 site at 22nd and Meridian in Indianapolis!

If you have driven by this week, you may have noticed excavators taking down the two long-abandoned buildings that have been an eyesore at the busy intersection for years. This is the first major step in transforming this land into something new, vibrant, and valuable for a neighborhood that’s already benefiting from exciting development.

A big thank you to Casey-Bertram Construction, Inc. and Good Shepherd Fence Company. Also, thanks to Near North Development Corporation and City of Indianapolis - Government for their continued assistance with this project.

Check back soon when we will have a lot more exciting updates about M22, as well as other Crestline projects currently in the works!

Tree work has been finished at the future Sandstone Heights site and lumber is being hauled away. With the area cleared, preparation for groundbreaking begins as we look towards the next phase of this project in Williamsport, IN! Special thanks to Wood Warriors Tree Services for all their great work.

With tree work being done at the site, work has begun on the Sandstone Heights project in Williamsport, Indiana.

Sandstone will be made up of 44 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and conveniently located off Monroe Street. Where has long sat a vacant field, new development will transform the space into a usable housing. The brand-new construction will represent forward thinking housing solutions for an area poised for future growth.
