FAM wasn’t founded in a boardroom. It started on hot rooftops, early mornings, and the belief that showing up and doing the job right is what earns trust.

Commercial roofing isn’t easy work. Weather, deadlines, and hard labor isn’t for everyone. But the grit to get it done is exactly what our crews bring to every project every day. We don’t cut corners, we don’t disappear when it gets hard, and we stand behind what we install.

That’s how FAM started. That’s how we operate today.

Get to know FAM 👋

We’re a team built on three things we refuse to compromise on:

🔹 Honesty — We tell you the truth, even when it’s not the easy thing to say.

🔹 Integrity — We do the right thing when no one’s watching.

🔹 Results — Good intentions aren’t enough. We measure ourselves by what we actually accomplish for the people who trust us.

These values aren’t just a poster on our wall — They’re how we operate every single day.

If that sounds like the kind of team you’d want in your corner, we’d love to get to know you too.

Most commercial roof failures start small: a lifted seam, a dirty grease trap, a clogged drain… If ignored, small repairs become big problems.

Routine maintenance:

✅ Extends roof life by 10+ years
✅ Keeps your manufacturer warranty valid
✅ Catches small problems before they’re big ones
✅ Prevents costly business disruptions

Understanding your roof’s condition is the first step to avoiding a dreaded Six-Figure Surprise.

‼️EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION POST‼️

Ryan Dinkens is FAM’s “Happy Warrior”.

He’s the first guy to lend a helping hand and the last person to complain when the days get tough.

We owe a big “THANK YOU” to Ryan for his hard work and great attitude; but also to his wife, Sabrina, and kids Ahlaynah, Adam and Anthony for sharing him every day.

Do you drag yourself out of bed just to spend the day working next to some lazy grouch 🥴? Join the and work with Ryan instead!

⚠️UNPOPULAR OPINION - TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️

You can’t be a good business leader or employee if you’re not a good Partner, Parent, and Friend…

How you make a living is the least important thing about you. How you treat others is the true measure of success.

At FAM Construction, we don’t just focus on improving our roofing skills. We focus on improving our lives.

Construction never goes 100% to plan. 🏗️

Anyone who says otherwise isn’t being straight with you.

Things go wrong. Surprises pop up. Mistakes happen.

Having an expert team that’s prepared to quickly identify issues, communicate solutions and execute changes can be the difference that makes or breaks schedules and budgets.

The tough moments don’t break relationships. They build them. 🤝

That’s the FAM difference. Honesty. Integrity. Results.

A lot of construction has turned into a race to the bottom. 📉

Who can do it cheaper? Who can cut a corner without getting caught?

That’s not FAM. We listen to your individual needs and work with you to create solutions that fit your building and your budget. If we can’t do that, we’ll help you find a reputable company that can. That’s because we take pride in building partnerships, not profits.

Here’s the simple truth: You get the roof that you pay for.

You have to ask yourself, “Do I want to do it right or do it twice?”

Ready to do it right? Send us a message. 📩
