Cochran Exteriors LLC is a family-owned, full service Commercial and Residential Exterior remodeling company that is devoted to customer service while protecting the home owner’s greatest investment. Responsibilities

Work company assigned leads. Generate additional leads and build personal pipeline. Maximize job closure rates. You will not be required to manage projects, however you are expected to deliver supreme customer service from lead to closure and beyond in order to build lasting relationships with your homeowners. Ensure customers get the best possible solutions and results for their home improvement and restoration needs. Represent Cochran Exteriors in a positive manner. You need to have positive results sales experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus. You must also be comfortable with a 100% commission based income and self motivated work ethic.

Cochran Exteriors is seeking an experienced production manager that can control all aspects of the logistics, scheduling, recruiting, and issue resolution for the production of trades of a rapidly growing company with an ever evolving workforce. This person must accept and embrace new challenges with an eager spirit and resolve. Candidate must possess a leadership and operational systems background complimented by strong analytical skills, common sense business acumen, and ability to coordinate customer solution implementations to support the vision and goals of the company.

They will oversee, review, and usher incoming contracts transferring from the sales department to the production department. We require the production manager to work with company vendors and crews to ensure appropriate cost of goods and service, maintain company standards of quality of goods and services, and administer discipline if standards are not met.
Production manager will constantly be recruiting for installation crews to either increase production capacity or better the quality of crews with current capacity.

We require our productions manager to own everything involved with the production of trades, be the outward and customer facing representative to our clients, and be the customer’s final tier for any complaints, issues, or grievances.
