This past Sunday night was a special night at People’s Church in Indianapolis, IN! ✍️⛪

As part of the building process, the church hosted a meaningful time of worship, prayer, and Scripture signing. Members, families, and friends could leave their names, prayers, Scripture verses, and words of encouragement on the walls and floor of the newly renovated gathering space.

At SB Construction Group, we’re honored to be part of projects that are about so much more than bricks and mortar. Through our Construction Outreach, we encourage the churches we build to take moments like this to celebrate what God is doing, remember the people who helped make it possible, and prayerfully look forward to the ministry that will take place within these walls.

We’re grateful to walk alongside People’s Church as they renovate this space—not just another building, but a place where lives will be changed and the Gospel will be shared for years to come.

The foundation is being laid. The ministry is just beginning. 🙏

If you’re thinking about building a new ministry facility, renovating your existing space, or adding a new addition, we’d love to partner with you!

We’re excited to see God’s vision taking shape at People’s Church in Indianapolis! 🙏

Framing is going up, the parking lot has been refinished, and we’re getting ready for drywall. Soon, we’ll be opening up the existing wall to connect the new space to the lobby—creating even more room for people to gather, worship, connect, and grow in faith.
Every step of the construction reminds us that we’re not just building a space—we’re helping build a place where lives can be changed, and God’s work can continue.

Keep watching for more updates! SB is honored to partner with People’s Church and be part of what God is building in and through this community.

We’re not just building a building — we’re building relationships, serving people, and creating opportunities to show the love of Christ.

This past week at First Belton in Belton, TX, the volunteer team went above and beyond to bless the men and women working on the construction site. They provided a meal, encouraged the workers, and even cleaned their work boots as a tangible expression of gratitude and service.

At SB Construction Group, we are honored to be their building partner. But we believe our role goes far beyond bricks, steel, concrete, and construction schedules.
Every month, the volunteer teams look for ways to bless the hardworking subcontractors who are helping bring these ministry facilities to life.

This is the heart of our Ministry of Construction Outreach — putting faith into action by serving the very people who are serving the church through their work.
We encourage every church we partner with to do the same: love your construction workers, pray for them, feed them, encourage them, thank them, and let them know that their work matters.
Because every person on that job site is valuable to God.
The building may be made with human hands, but the ministry that happens inside will be used by God to impact lives, families, and communities.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to build alongside you, serve alongside you, and most importantly, minister alongside you.
If you are thinking about building a new ministry facility, renovating, or adding a new addition, please call Joe Smith at (317) 957-5713. We would love to partner with you!
