- EPA certifications required - trade school a plus
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record

This Trane high efficiency furnace qualifies for the federal tax credit which ends for good on 12/31/25.

System design includes a new cased evaporator coil, custom metal return air base, A2L mitigation circuit board and sensor, Trane Clean Effects high efficiency air cleaner and the Trane XL824 touchscreen smart WiFi thermostat. Duct cleaning was also included with this installation.

Duct cleaning was also included with this installation. Before and after pictures show a remarkable difference after the duct cleaning was completed.
