Thursday was a perfect day for a little golf, a little b**r, and a whole lot of great connections!

Knauss Property Services, LLC was proud to sponsor and participate in the recent IFMA - Indy Chapter Annual Golf Outing. The Oktoberfest theme was a perfect way to welcome in October and made a memorable one. PROST!

The team enjoyed the opportunity to step inside the newly renovated Lucas Oil Global Headquarters as part of the IFMA - Indy Chapter Facilities on Tap series!

We enjoyed experiencing the space, learning the backstory from members of the team who made the vision for the building come to life, and connecting with others in the industry.

It’s hard to believe, but today Knauss Property Services, LLC. celebrates 35 years in business!

When I started KPS in 1991, I had no idea where the journey would take us. I just knew I wanted to work hard, treat people right, do what we said we would do, and build a company people could trust. Thirty-five years later, that is still my focus.

We've worked on a LOT of buildings, chased down some stubborn leaks, solved plenty of challenging problems, and probably worn out our fair share of work boots along the way. 😄

But when I look back, it's the people I remember most. Our customers, employees, contractors, suppliers, industry partners, friends, and everyone who gave us an opportunity along the way, you are the reason we're celebrating 35 years.
