Day 2 of the 2026 KCJEA/KMCA Joint Summer Conference is underway at Griffin Gate in Lexington, and we’re enjoying the opportunity to connect with County Judge/Executives, Magistrates, and Commissioners from across Kentucky.

These leaders play a critical role in maintaining and improving the infrastructure that keeps their communities moving, and we appreciate the conversations we’ve had about roadway preservation, pavement maintenance, and cost-effective solutions for Kentucky’s counties.

Beginning Monday, November 3rd, 2025, all SealMaster Indiana & Kentucky locations will transition to Winter Hours:

🕒 Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
📅 Last Weekend Open THIS WEEKEND: Saturday, Nov 1st & Sunday, Nov 2nd

After that weekend, we’ll be open by appointment only on weekends.

Thank you for another great season! We’re still here all winter for your product, equipment, and service maintenance needs.

SealMaster strives to be the customer’s first choice in pavement products and equipment. From pavement sealer to sports surfacing to pavement maintenance equipment to tools and accessories, our goal is to be the only call needed to outfit our customers with the proper equipment, tools and products needed to help them succeed. Not only do we sell, rent, and repair our own equipment we also rent and repair our competitor’s equipment we pair it all with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

As a highly successful global company, we are constantly looking for talented individuals to support our growth.

👉 Position: Outside Sales Representative
👉 Location: Between Louisville and Elizabethtown, KY (Must live in the area or relocate on your own)

The primary function of the Outside Sales Representative is to provide a very high level of customer service to our existing customers and new customers and to increase market share within an assigned territory by increasing revenues and building long-term relationships, specifically with contractors and municipalities.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
• Service existing clients
• Demonstrate product line and meet established sales goals
• Manage customer relationships and accounts
• Deliver professional quotes in a timely manner
• Make office and field visits to build and grow relationships
• Actively promote all SealMaster products and services
• Use Salesforce CRM, Wynne/Rentalman, Office 365, and Concur daily
• Travel daily (7am–5pm, Monday–Friday) with ~30 overnights per year

📌 Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred but not required.
• 2+ years’ cold calling sales experience with a proven record
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Clean driving record
