The float center requirement nobody budgets for: ventilation.

A room holding up to 239 gallons of warm salt water, opened and closed all day, puts moisture into the air continuously. Royal Spa lists proper in-room HVAC as a site requirement on all three float tanks for exactly that reason.

A commercial float tank is a building decision before it's an equipment decision. Floor load, a dedicated 220 volt circuit per tank, ventilation for the humidity, and the width of your narrowest doorway. Those four things decide which unit fits before you ever choose a model.
