GridLock Traffic Systems had a blast at our Employee Appreciation Party on Friday, March 6th. The crew took to Fowling Warehouse for an evening of fun with games, food, drinks, and great company together.
We are honored to recognize the following team members with our annual awards:
-SAFETY - Danny Cueva - Danny has been with GTS since 2024 and currently serves as a Crew Leader on our field leadership team. The Safety Award is given to an individual who is the first to make sure things are performed safely, help train & teach other team members, and avoid accidents. Danny is not only a Crew Leader, but leads the safety effort on our team and puts safe work practices at the forefront of field operations.
-QUALITY - Bobby Burgess - Bobby has been with GridLock since 2006 and is outstanding in his role as Plant Supervisor. The Quality Award is given to an individual who strives to perform work at the highest standard to exceed our own and customer expectations. Thanks to Bob our customers are always satisfied with our work and service. Our daily operations in the yard and in the field run more smoothly & efficiently due to his efforts.
-PRODUCTION - Ryan Chester - Ryan has worked for GTS since 2020 and currently serves as a Crew Leader on our field leadership team. The Production Award is given to an individual who understands the importance of safety and quality, but exceeds expectations on productivity of day to day tasks, by completing work quickly while not compromising quality or safety. Ryan excels in multiple field operations and works hard to get the job done well & efficiently.
-OPPORTUNITY - Eddie Morgan - Eddie has been with GTS since 2024 and serves in our Field Technician/Laborer role. This award is given to an individual who shows the willingness to always learn and grow with our company. They have a great attitude, pick up on various tasks, and are a team player. Eddie exhibits these characteristics on a day to day basis, no matter how taxing or stressful the work may become, and we look forward to watching Eddie continue to excel with GridLock.
GridLock is thankful for all of our team members for a great 2025 season and looks forward to the endless opportunities that are to come in the 2026 season. Our industry is not an easy one to navigate - we appreciate the time and energy our staff and their families dedicate to our company.
