Some spaces are designed to be lived in.
Others are designed to be experienced.
This Christy wedding is a reflection of what it means to do both—seamlessly.
At OEG, our role extended far beyond a single element. We designed, built, and continue to maintain the entire outdoor environment where this beautiful celebration took place—from the landscape and hardscape to the custom pool, spa, and furnishings.
One of the most defining features of this event was the transformation of the existing infinity-edge pool. Originally designed as part of the home, it became the foundation of the reception through a custom glass floor system engineered over the water. In close coordination with the tenting team, structural and spatial planning allowed the space to evolve without compromising the integrity of the design. Even the stepped entry naturally transitioned into the ceremony layout.
Ex*****on at this level required thoughtful coordination. A large-scale crystal chandelier was set by crane within the tent, while additional crane work ensured precise placement of stone throughout the site.
Beyond the permanent elements, our team contributed to the full experience—installing custom planter boxes, integrating landscape florals, placing gas lanterns, and supporting key build-outs including drapery and bar structures. While other partners handled personal florals and tabletop details, our focus remained on shaping the environment itself.
Because at OEG, we don’t just design landscapes. We create spaces meant to be lived in, gathered in, and celebrated.
