For the past two days, our Project Engineers have spent time in Indianapolis refining key team leadership skills, sharing experiences, and receiving additional training.

Part of the training time was spent at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where our team had access to pit row for practice ahead of the race next weekend.

Summer intern season is here!

This week, we welcomed 24 new interns to Indianapolis for two days of orientation. Interns spent time learning the ropes, grabbing lunch with senior leadership, hearing from former interns who’ve gone full-time at Bowen, getting fitted for PPE, and wrapping things up with some fun at Pinheads Bowling

First session down, two more to go! We’re excited to see what this group accomplishes during their summer at Bowen, and we can’t wait to do it all over again next week with our returning interns!

It was a great day celebrating with the Bowen family at the Naming Ceremony for the Purdue University Bowen School of Construction in West Lafayette! Congratulations and thank you to Bob, Terry, Doug, and Julie for their generosity and long-standing commitment to giving back to the construction industry.

The industry continues to need strong talent, and this investment will help prepare Purdue students to become industry-ready builders on Day 1.
