Just over one month ago, we released Arcwood’s 2025 Sustainability Report. Here’s a chance to revisit some of the scale behind the work our teams do every day.

In 2025, Arcwood teams:
- Managed 371,888 tons of waste. About the weight of 60,000 elephants
- Recycled 13,102 tons of material. Like removing more than 10,000 cars from the road for a year
- Returned 21.5 million gallons of treated wastewater. Roughly 33 Olympic-size swimming pools
- Prevented 138,011 metric tons of emissions.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

Every day, Arcwood teams help customers manage increasingly complex waste streams safely, responsibly and at scale. That work helps protect human health and the environment while supporting critical industries across the country.

It’s the work happening every day across our operations, our teams and the communities we serve.

Jen Peregine joined Arcwood on March 17, 1997, as a Chemistry Lab Technician at our Indianapolis Plant. Today, she serves as Corporate Supply Chain Manager based at our Indianapolis headquarters.

In her current role, Jen focuses on onboarding suppliers and vendors used across the business and by customers. Her work centers on evaluating and managing risk through contracts, insurance review, and facility audits. She works closely with Legal, Compliance, and Accounting to ensure suppliers meet expectations and remain in good standing.

What Jen values most is the day-to-day collaboration with teams across the organization. Over her career, she has seen how clear expectations, accountability, and consistent safety standards shape how work gets done and how people show up for one another. That balance, she says, supports strong morale while protecting employees, customers, and the environment.

Her advice to new employees is straightforward: get involved. Focus Teams are a practical way to build relationships, contribute ideas, and learn how different parts of the organization work together.

As we get ready to share our 2025 Sustainability Report, we’ve been reflecting on how our teams show up in the communities we serve.

This work takes a lot of different forms. Some of it looks like the work we do every day. Some of it happens outside our sites, in the communities we’re part of.

Some examples:

Supporting local organizations through hands-on volunteer work

Honoring service and giving back in meaningful ways

Helping communities safely manage household hazardous waste

Protecting and supporting local environments and wildlife

----

This is one part of how we approach sustainability at Arcwood, alongside the work we do every day to help customers operate safely and without disruption.

Stay tuned as we launch our 2025 Sustainability Report tomorrow.

Barry Legg has spent 30 years focused on responsive partnership.

Barry joined Arcwood on November 1, 1995, and today serves as senior vice president of business development. In this role, he works closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure Arcwood responds quickly and clearly as customer needs evolve.

For Barry, responsive partnership means listening, understanding, and taking ownership from start to finish. He emphasizes clear communication and disciplined follow-through so customers can rely on Arcwood when work is complex and time matters.

Across three decades, Barry has seen how trust is built through consistency. Customers know who to call, what to expect, and that Arcwood will deliver safe, compliant solutions.

His advice reflects that mindset: absorb and learn. Stay engaged, understand the full picture, and take responsibility for outcomes. That approach strengthens teams and reinforces the partnerships customers count on.

Thank you, Barry, your leadership and for setting the standard for responsive partnership at Arcwood.
