Two posts ago (see below), you viewed the beautiful Cedar Deck we constructed.

Upon this visit, we prepped and power washed the deck for staining. We then applied Australian Timber Oil in Jarrah Brown, and Honey Teak, creating a gorgeous, and protective, two tone finish.

This Cedar Deck popped before, but this is ART!

We replaced the Flooring in two bathrooms, using LifeProof, Water Resistant, Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. We also added quarter round trim to both areas, further enhancing the casual ambience. To finish, we re-installed the toilets, and removed the debris. This facelift provides a cozy upgrade, and will serve the homeowner well for years to come.

For this replacement project, we used the Ultra-Deck composite, in Rosewood, and the frame is Rustic Cedar. The roof of both deck and carport (last two images) is barn metal. The outcome of each is awesome and should serve the homeowner well for years!

We replaced some boards, and made other repairs such as sealing cracks and splits, and power washed the structure. We then applied several coats of Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck for lasting protection. Last, but not least, we used Rust-Oleum Black Metal Paint on the spindles. The result pops; TLC does it again!
