Meet Ashli Parris, our Director of Sales Support.
 
Ashli truly keeps the wheels on our bus. She started out at Heath Outdoor in 2021 as a customer service representative and has grown with our company along the way. She now directs our support team and keeps us all on track which is no small feat, especially at this time of year! 

Her background in emergency veterinary medicine keeps her cool under pressure which comes in really handy. When we asked her what she does in her spare time, she told us she didn’t understand the question 🤣. Given that she’s a mom to two boys, aged 5 and 14, who are both very active in track and field and soccer, we get it!

Fun fact: The weirdest thing she’s ever done is place a feeding tube in a turtle.

Meet Justin Wedges, our sales director. Justin has been in the green industry since 2012, when he started working with True North Landscaping. He joined our family in 2020, when True North merged with Heath Outdoor. 

Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling, which comes in handy when he’s parenting his five kids, aged 8-18. Faith and family are incredibly important to Justin, and he recently celebrated his 20th wedding anniversary. 

Our customers consistently comment on how easy and fun Justin is to work with, and how creative his designs are. The way he bonds with his customers is extraordinary and his sense of humor keeps us endlessly entertained at our weekly team meetings. When we asked Justin for a fun fact about himself, he told us he was willing to eat just about any bug. We stopped asking questions after that.
