Construction is complete on a new office buildout for The Whittingham Agencies at The Pyramids.

Located on the top floor of the campus, the finished space features new client meeting offices, a large presentation area, a kitchen space for staff and visitors, and an updated entryway designed to create a welcoming first impression.

The completed office also offers incredible views overlooking the lake and the surrounding College Park office campus.

Progress continues at The Pyramids as we advance a tenant improvement and expansion for the CIESC office.

With flooring now complete and overhead work wrapping up, crews are preparing to close out the ceiling grid. Doors are being stained and readied for installation, with glass inserts to follow as the space begins to close in.

The next major milestone will be casework and cabinetry, which will bring a noticeable transformation to the space.

Progress continues at Harvest Landing as the project moves into its next phase in Avon, Indiana.

Storefronts are nearing completion, interior MEP systems are underway, and crews are preparing the site for asphalt while finishing curbs. Siding is up next, followed by interior finishes.

Another tenant improvement project is underway at The Pyramids.

Demolition is in progress for a new FedEx office buildout, with framing already beginning to shape the future layout of the space.

This is just one of several buildouts happening across the property as activity continues to pick up across the campus.

Demolition is complete and progress is moving quickly on this restaurant interior buildout in Avon.

Crews are currently trenching for underground plumbing, laying the groundwork for the next phase. Once that work is complete, the slab will be repoured to keep the project moving forward.
