Our structures are stick framed with 2x4 construction exceeding the standards required for home construction in Indiana. Typical foundations for a shed may include a layer of gravel spread out and compacted to support 4x4 posts laying on the ground on which the floor system is layed. Our studio foundations include, at a minimum, column footers installed at a minimum 30" below grade so to prevent destabilization that commonly occurs due to the freeze-thaw cycles present in Indiana. ⁣
