More than 15 years ago, Shiel Sexton helped deliver a major expansion at Marquette Senior Living. This week, we gathered alongside residents and project partners to break ground on the community's next chapter.

The first phase of the project, The Commons, will create a new gathering place for recreation, wellness, and community connection. The expansion will also introduce Terraces II, a four-story independent living residence featuring 69 apartments, underground parking, and a waterfront dining venue, along with The Flats, 25 villa-style residences that combine the privacy of cottage living with the convenience of apartment-style amenities.

A shining new addition to the Indianapolis skyline.

The Purdue University Indianapolis Academic Success Building recently reached a major milestone with the completion of the 16th floor pour, officially bringing the primary structure into place. Once complete, the 16-story facility will serve as a gateway to campus, combining academic spaces, student housing, dining, and community areas designed to support the next generation of Purdue students.

The next chapter of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum is officially in motion.

This week’s groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of the new Restoration and Event Center, which will include multiple restoration bays, detailing bays, dedicated vehicle storage, public viewing areas, and a new event venue in Speedway.

Located just steps from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and the museum, the facility will give visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the restoration team in action and create new ways to experience the Museum’s historic collection.
