This client in McCordsville was dealing with a serious water issue along their fence line, and it had gotten bad enough that it was causing trees to die.

After replacing the dead trees, we needed a long-term solution to help move that water out of the area. We installed an exposed French drain along the fence line to solve the drainage problem while also adding a clean, finished look to the yard.

Function and curb appeal can go hand in hand, and this project is a great example of that.

A local business reached out wanting to bring some life back to their entrance, and we were able to take this project through the full design-build process.

What started as an overgrown landscape bed turned into a clean, modern, simple layout that makes the entrance feel fresh and welcoming again. New plants, fresh mulch, decorative rock, and a cleaner layout made a big difference without overcomplicating the space.

Last year, we had the opportunity to work with this client on a full landscape design and install, adding new landscaping around the backyard, freshening up the front beds, and installing landscape lighting to bring the whole property together.

This year, she had us back out to refresh the mulch and clean everything up for the season. It is always one of the best parts of what we do to come back and see a project starting to mature, fill in, and come together just how we envisioned it.

Fresh mulch, clean edges, healthy plants, and lighting that finishes off the space.

Function meets curb appeal.

On this Fishers project, we installed a new concrete walkway from the driveway to the back patio, added a trash can bump-out, planted spruce trees and Green Giant arborvitaes for a future privacy screen, and refreshed the landscape with new plants and brown mulch.

A cleaner layout today, with privacy that grows in over time.

Fishers front entry design-build, finished with a clean base the homeowner can keep building on.

For this project, we tore out the existing landscaping, reshaped the beds, buried downspouts with pop-up drains, added natural stone edging, installed real stone steps at the front entry and side porch entrance, and finished everything with a full landscape lighting system.

The goal was simple: clean structure, strong plant foundation, better drainage, and a front entry that feels finished day and night.
