We love our workforce! The men and women of Volumod have stepped up production (in a big way!) this year! To celebrate, our Founder and President (and former meat-cutter) hand cut 150 steaks to give our employees an incredible lunch! Because while we are super excited about the PRODUCT we are building, we are waaaaay more passionate about our PEOPLE. 🔆👏 After lunch we watched our leaders participate in a tug-of-war! (because....why not? 😆) When John started to get a hand up, Matt stepped in to deliver Ethan a victory! (Thanks, John, for cleaning the floor! HA!) Great fun!!

It might have just looked like one of our (many) triplex builds to you. But these buildings will have a very special purpose! Way to make a real difference, Volumod! 🥹

Volumod produced 11 units for the Legacy Recovery House in Indianapolis so that women with children who have completed residential treatment for substance abuse have a place to live with access to transportation, childcare, employment assistance, life skills support, and continued recovery services while they prepare for permanent housing in the community.

Imagine how over-the-moon each of these residents will be to live in one of each of these brand-new homes! 💕 You should be very proud of yourselves - we are proud of you!
