This home got a much needed update! Many cats had destroyed this carpet AND subfloor.
Went with kilz primer on the subfloor for a cost effective way to mininmize odor without replacing subfloor, as it was still structurally sound! The main hallway upstairs had a good 7mm dip going straight through the center. Got that leveled out real nice, and the outcome of this floor speaks for itself!
